I had my follicular scan, and on the 17th day my left ovary follicle size was 23x18mm The endometrium thickness was 11mm.
Any chance that I can conceive?
Or what would be the reason for not conceiving?

Your follicular monitoring test can only tell chances of ovulation. It can't tell the chance of your conception. Every menstrual cycle has 20% chance of conceiving if everything is normal. There are other factors which play an important role in conception apart from ovulation.
