Follicular study
I hv 3 follicles in my right ovary measuring 17mm,18mm & 24mm and a single dominant follicle of 22mm in left ovary as on day 12. Are  these follicles (24 & 22) continue to grow or is it a max limit? Now will all these rupture to produce eggs? Should I try(ttc) with this no. ? Coz it may lead to risk of triplets or quadralets.

If you are taking Ovarian stimulation drugs, on TVS if your treating doctor found good endometrium and good perifollicular blood flow then you should be given ovulation inducing injection to do a planned relation or IUI treatment to get conceived, Your all follicle are matured. Routinely follicle rupture at around 20 mm size.
