  4. Follicular scan. With two follicles?.

Follicular scan Iam on ttc for 1 year. I had follicular scan on 13th day of my period.right ovary follicle is 19×18mm and left :22×21 endo: 8.5mm . I had trigger shot after scanning..is there any chances for pregnany? Do i ovulate with two follicles?.any chance of twins....
