Follicular oclusion tetrade
I have been suffering from Hidradenitis Supprativa. I have seen to many of doctors... Stick to them for 12 to 18 months with their treatment & even after course completion my disease reoccur. I have been given isotretionoin 10 mg now ( earlier heavy dose) and apraize 30 on regular basis by doctor. My dr. Says its incurable like diabetes & i have to take meds for whole my life.Is it true or there is a permanent cure. I know about Adalimumab injection but i am relucatant to take it.

You can take adalimumab injection. It has less side effects but expensive. Recurrence is common in Hidradenitis. Long term therapy needs to be given
