Follicle rupture
My dominant follicle ruptured when size came around 28.5mm. Is this size okay to get conceive??? After the follicle was ruptured I started duphaston 10mg twice a day..

Over mature follicle when ruptured not make you pregnant. It should rupture when it is 18mm.

This size is large , correct fertilisation happens when size is 18 to 20 mm, surely it needs a review , connect on a direct consultation for more details.
