Folicle study indicate cystic mass
Hi doc, I did folicle study today as i am planning for pregnancy and report says there is big cysyic mass around my overy. Is it serious? Please help me to understand report. Can i get pregnant in this cycle?

Yes. There is problem. A cyst reaching a size of 200 ml has to be considered separately and it should be removed. The Sonologist has already suggested for Ca 125 and MRI. I may add, please get ROMA done. All these things should be done before you attempt pregnancy because even if you become pregnant, this cyst will have to be removed.
