  4. Folicle growth. Injection and plan baby?

I have been taking Medicine for follicle growth Day 7- 11.5mm Day 9- 14mm Day 11 - 18.5mm with 6.6ET Still doctor said wait for 1 more day and do folicle study. ? Isnt it appropriate in size on day 11 to take hcg injection and plan baby??
