Folic acid in pregnancy
Should we continue folic acid 5mg throughout the pregnancy? I am taking Iron suppliments and that also has 1.5mg folic acid. Is that fine to continue both?

Yes. You should take Folic acid supplements throughout pregnancy. Folic acid (Vit B10) is required for production of Haemoglobin.  It is also required for  proper development of the Nervous System of the baby.
