Fetal pelvic dilatation have chances to resolve on their own but in your the right one has quite significant dilatation and has relatively less chances of resolving on its own. At present I would not say it's any risk to the foetus but the baby will require tests after delivery to confirm the exact disease and then we can discuss the possible treatment if required.
Next Steps
Relax and relish your pregnancy. You will need frequent ultrasounds but other than that nothing to be done for now.
Health Tips
You will need to see a pediatric urologist, for counseling regarding possibilities now and after delivery when he will direct all the tests required
