I am 28weeks pregnant.My scan report shows right renal pelvis diameter as 24mm with severe calyceal dilation and cortical thinning left with 12mm and calyceal dilation.AFexcess with deepest pocket 8cm and foetal size 1378g. My Fasting blood sugar103 mmhg.Iam taking insulin 3 units Please confirm whether

Fetal pelvic dilatation have chances to resolve on their own but in your the right one has quite significant dilatation and has relatively less chances of resolving on its own. At present I would not say it's any risk to the foetus but the baby will require tests after delivery to confirm the exact disease and then we can discuss the possible treatment if required.
