Foamy urine and foamy stool
I have done my 24 hours urine which shows 160 mg protein which is higher than normal, recently I have done my ACR which is also high but my nephrologist and physician said it's borderline. I always feel a headache and now recently my stool is also foamy and whenever I pee I see my urine is also more foamy, my SBP stays in 114-120 range and DBP in 73 - 80 range. I am non diabetic, I do smoke once a week. And drink alcohol once every 4 months, whenever I drive my legs get swell and I am seeing some small, under eye bag swelling.. Sometimes I need to go pee for 14 times a day, sometimes 8 times. no exact cause has been given to me yet no treatment has been started.. I feel very lethargic and low sex drive with low libido, my weight has increased recently by 5 kg, last month USG report stated I have grade 1 fatty liver and bowel loops are prominent with gaseous and I have history of IBS and chronic cholinergic urticaria, anxiety and OBladder, No family history of CKD, reports are attached

Your reports are borderline, active treatment is not required at present but dietary modifications are needed. Also required regular follow up. Consult Nephrologist
