It’s not malignant. As the report clearly says that reactive hyperplasia which means its big in reaction to some infection . If it’s there for a long time you need to observe it for how’s the size it’s increasing or not, or is it becoming hard and fixed?? and undergo treatment And if still you have any doubts go for an excision biopsy to be more clear.
