Fluid draining out of skin infection
My son is suffering from a type of skin infection (pics of the affected area attached) draining out fluid from skin ulcers & that turns into a wound further.

This could be acute numular eczema or other possibilities are fungal infection or psoriasis. More details are needed to come to final diagnosis.
