A lump in neck 45years old. From last six months. Causing Pain. Fluid get out from this lump after every 2-3months...few days back this again happen and this is 2second time fluid come from lump. It cause swelling and burning sensation in neck. PATIENT IS unable to speak and eat food properly . Why this is happening...and what treatment she have t
