Yes, what you are probably having is called Ovarian Hyper Stimulation Syndrome ( OHSS ).....this UNcommonly happens in patients who go for IVF as they are given large doses of hormones to gain better eggs retrieval........Here a lot of fluid accumulates in the body due to hormone and electrolyte imbalance.......the treatment is supportive and includes things like fluid tapping and Iv Albumin......It helps relieve the pressure on the organs and this eases recovery.
