Fluctuation in d diamer

Asked for Male, 67 Years

After discharging from hospital after treatment for covid and lung infection d diamer was 3.6 but now after 15 days in home taking blood thinner tablet d diamer rise to 4.4 but crp and ldh are in normal range...why d diamer fluctuates post covid...as we are taking blood thinner s tablets..plz elaborate
