मैने ऑनलाइन एक पल्स ऑक्सीमीटर खरीदा, ये oxymetere मेरा ऑक्सीजन लेवल 98/99 show करता है लेकिन मेरे uncle का ऑक्सीजन लेवेंल 89 से 99 तक fluctualte होता रहता है, मेने मेरे uncle se एक respiratory exercise करवाई तो ऑक्सीजन लेवल 97 से 99 पर fluctuate करने लगा, plz बताओ ये ऑक्सीमीटर की खराबी है/ या ऑक्सीजन लेवल कम है/ या ब्लड pressure सही नही होने से भी ऐसा हो सकता है क्या?
