Fluctuating blood sugar
My blood sugar before meal is 103 and post prandial blood sugar is fluctuating. Somedays it is 134, 135 and somedays it is 175, 188. I have frequent urination and tiredness. My Lipase level is 90. I have recently done an ultrasound it shows no problem. How to reduce the blood sugar. Do I need to take the medicine. My height is 163 and weight is 69. My bmi is high and I am overweight. I have reduce the sugar intake significantly
