My husband had 1st dose of covishield vaccine at 11 may 2021. Now, from yesterday he feel mild fever, body ache, cold, sneezing and loss of hunger..now what we can do?

Post vaccination some people can develop covid like symptoms buts it's ok It will go off within few days ...keep a watch on oxygen levels with pulse oxymeter and rest you can take parectamol when ever required
