Urad is very heavy to digest kind of pulse/ legumes or can say protein...that you can take only when you are physically active person if you are not physically active person than you have to avoid to take it...in place of urad you can take moong...rich in protein and easy to digest pulse/ legumes...

Instead of urad you can take any other dal like , moong,chana, masoor.
