Don't take raw form of urad dal, for protein take milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk, tofu, almonds, etc .

Hello dal is a good source of protein I agree but not complete available protein.. it’s should be properly cooked and not taken as raw flour and water

Hi Good Morning Urad is very heavy to digest kind of pulse/ legumes or can say protein...that you can take only when you are physically active person if you are not physically active person than you have to avoid to take it...in place of urad you can take moong...rich in protein and easy to digest pulse/ legumes...
