Floaters are changes within vitreous (the gel within the eye). Few floaters are usually seen in patients with myopia and are not of much concern . But flashes could be a matter of concern as they indicated traction or pull over retina . You need to have in detail dilated fundus examination by your eye specialist .
Health Tips
avoid heavy weights and rigorous exercise until you get your eye exam done

As there is flashes ,I would like to know whether you are myopic. If yes you will require a through retinal exam ,otherwise you can watch your peripheral vision by self monitoring.

Floaters are usually nonpathological.please learn to omit them . Since you have already consulted an ophthalmologist and your retina is ok hence you need not to worry ,just learn to omit them.
