I noticed floaters since morning on bright lights dark spots wenevr m moving my eyes and thready in front of my eyes

Floaters are usually benign
Only way to get rid of them is to avoid them
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get retina examined
