I want to lose postnatal weight but I came to know that flaxseeds are not good for b+ blood group ..is it true ? Please help me in clearing the ambiguity as I am 72 kg and want to reduce a lot ...if I can have it then pls let me know the procedure too for losing weight at Max in a short span of time ...

Having just flaxseeds for weight loss won't help.
Instead,
Avoid eating outside food including junk, processed, oily food and sweets completely.
Drink plenty of water, especially before meals. Have your dinner early and keep it light.
Eat less rice, potatoes.
