Flashes and tingling skin

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Hi. I have had this couple of times now. I prominent star like flashes in front of my eyes in the evening. Sometime later tingling and numbness starts in hands, forehead, lips and tongue. I am planning to consult a doctor on Monday but just want to check what could this be due to.
