Flaky and itchy skin. Severe condition

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have tried ketoconazole, nizral shampoo. Have tried coal tar 5% shampoo. Have tried itraconazole 200 mg tablets. Nothing works for my flaky and itchy skin. Affected area is entire scalp, eyebrows, nose side, mustache, ear and chest. Please suggest if I should take photo therapy or other severe measures. I believe it's seborrheic dermatitis.
