My daughter has fiver last 2 days after given paracetamol 500mg her fiver down and after 8 hour fever again increase 102F. Paracetamol given 3 time in a day
No cough, please suggest good medicine , Is antibiotics needed.

Need to assess cause of fever. Most viral illness fever resolve within 2 -3days but if bacterial infection needs antibiotics .so needs assessment. Also dose of paracetamol depends on weight , so need to check that .
