Fitness issue
Hello dear doctor i am 22yr old girl. i have unproportional body. my face is too thin and i have more fat on tummy and hips. and by butts is too small and thighs are big. and legs are too thin. why so. what is the reason and my weight is normal 54kgs and height is 5.5. now am going to gym also but no use. i reduced the weight but body structure is as it is. no changes. why i don't have proper body fitness. please help me out
