Fistula treatment inquiry
Kindly check the below CT scan result. MRI reveal large 9cm curvilinear sinus tract arising from subcutaneous plane of right gluteal region extending superiority and then anteriorly upto the level of levator and muscle with translevator extension and secondary ramifications as described - suggestive of grade V impending fistula. I would like to know whether can go for kshara sutra therapy . Looks like the size is 9cms. Can we go and do this therapy. Will it be successful and wont be recurrence again. Please let us know so that we can proceed. I have attached the MRI report and image.
