When should I visit the doctor? Howmuch time will it take to recovery? Please clear my doubts. Thanks in advance.

Minimal bleeding, moderate pain is absolutely normal.
That may remain persistent for 1 to 2 weeks. Excessive bleeding, excruciating pain, and a significant amount of pus discharge is an emergent sign to visit your surgeon or else on the next follow up date.
Next Steps
Follow your doctor's instructions.
Health Tips
Sitz bath is more less very important for nearly all peri anal procedures.

Hello.
Its just 5 days post seton insertion.
Mild pain, bleeding common.
You should visit the concerned specialist if pain is unbearable, heavy bleeding.
Bleeding should come down in 2 wks time.
Recovery depends on how high and complex the fistula is.
