Fistula problem
My son was diagnosed Simple fistula. Surgeon conducted surgery on 25 Sep 24, It was healing well with no pain but occasional blood spot once 15 days. When went to surgeon for follow up he said it has not healed so he performed laser treatment. But after that problem.aggrevated. Now there is frequent pain and blood stop. Again consulted 3 doctors 1 . suggested wait for 2 moths and only do dressing with betadine and sitz bath
2. Take Sitcom forte twice
3. Daflon 500 twice and Osil ointment to be applied inside ano
Which is the best suggestion or anything else .Please suggest

The problem with fistula is recurrence..there is nothing called simple in fistula.. all fistula can cause a lot of problem. I am sorry that your son is suffering but this can happen quiet often for patients with fistula in ano.. ur probbaly having anorectal pain and spasm.. better to wait for a few months and than decide later
