Fistula laser surgery.
Please suggest me what to do. I'm so worried about this wound healing. My doctor gives antibiotics for the first 5 days after surgery then after discontinues. Should I have to take antibiotics or there is a chance of recurrence

Yes... You will have to take medications again. Fistula surgery wounds get infected very easily. Have you gone for follow up to the operating surgeon?
Next Steps

Antibiotics are usually given only for 5 days after fistula surgery. The fact that they were not continued implies that your surgeon feels you are healing well. Please continue follow ups with your surgeon.
Next Steps
Continue as advised by your surgeon. If you have any doubts, please seek an online or physical consultation with a proctologist/surgeon.
