Fistula laser surgery
I had done my fistula laser surgery 45 days ago. Post operative wound is not healing and little pus and blood still discharging from the wound when pressed around it or when I sit I see pus and blood on gauze.
What to do.
Should I take antibiotics or anything else.

You should visit to your surgeon for examination, because in fistula surgery , followup is as important as surgery itself.
