My father is having Fitsula in ano and taken medication for past 3 months. There is 70% improvement and less burning. He wants to avoid operation during current situation and seeking permanent gradual relief. The current medications are as follows.
Alfuzosin prolonged release tablet, Enzoflam, Xoxe250, Rabemac - DSR
Please advise on diet and any home remedies to continue.

The details regarding the fistula is not sufficient and without the details its not possible to comment much about the fistula...There is no permanent gradual relief possible for the fistula without surgery...

Continue high fiber diet

fistula is a disease that needs surgery...
but as u said u want to avoid it then only medicines that will work will be stool softners and hot sitz bath( sitting in warm water)
these will only stop further infection and avoid another fistula to develop.
