Fistula in ano
Hi I have been operated with anal abscess four months back and now after a follow up appointment with my surgeon he has said it's Fistula in ano. The I&D site has healed almost 90% but there is still small gap and there is occasional puss and sometimes blood oozing. I don't want to go for surgery as they said it might reoccur even after surgery. Will homeopathy cure it since the fistula is recently diagnosed and will it be permanent?
