Fistula Healed
I am diagnosed with anal fistula with First MRI scan in July shows 1 cm Fistula no know internal opening, External opening at 2o clock.
And get second MRI scan on 9 September 2022 show fistula 0.78 cm and says in comparison to old report says decrease in width and length my doctor asked to wait and today external opening is almost closed what did that means it healed but I read somewhere that fistulas doesn't cure itself than what is happening with me ?

Any definitive tract present means have to takeout the tract, if no tract means nothing to operate.
