Hi, my wife had fissures and she had a laser surgery. The doctor said it should heal in 15 days but its been 2 months and shes still in pain. What should i do?

Pain per rectum may be due to constipation, frequent bowel movement, remaining anal fissure, anal abrasions, overuse of laxative, anxiety of patient. In chronic fissure, after any surgical procedure, anal dilatation is mandatory which relives the pressure of anal valves.
