Fissure surgery
I have done lis surgery fissures before 5 month around before and now recently i removed my wisdom teeth so meanwhile i was taking many medicine and I noticed i still have pain in rectum and saw in constipation during some liquids is it pus ? Dr told me it will heal in 2 month but still pain and burn and Also in 5 months i had bleeding happen sometime is it something else or ? I m worried can anyone help me honestly

Need Clinical examination If pus and pain persists try a sitz bath.. with povidone iodine solution..three times a day.. If constipation persists, take some laxatives..
