Hello, The common reason for fissure is constipation . It is among those who are involved in jobs that require sitting for long hours. People who do not indulge in any form of exercise and movement of the body are more vulnerable to it. We have Ayurvedic medicine for your problem. No need for patients to get admitted and no operation or surgery required. You can contact me online or offline or visit Pune clinic for any questions or medication. Hello........ anal fissures will take some time to heal. You would have been prescribed some stool softeners at that time. That will alter your your bowel movement for sometime. Continue with stiz bath and local anaesthetics if you have pain while passing stools. There are also many other causes for irregular bowel movements like irritable bowel syndrome, any chronic drug intake. So please consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
