Fissure and sentinel skin tag
I'm suffering from chronic fissure and for past 6 months fissure start to heal then again worsens.(.I'm drinking plenty of water and artificial fiber to avoid constipation.so no constipation for maybe 3 months) I would like to remove posterior skin tag which becomes painful and swelled while fissure worsen.now i found 2 deep Grove like fissure on both side of skin tag ...Can it be removed without affecting fissure,? Also  lump like round thing (looks like an acne )on right anterior opening which is squishy and looks like filled with pus( not sure). It also swells and doctor told it is skin tag (texture is different than other skin tag.so I'm not sure about it).Should I have to remove it?If I removed is there any chance of coming again

If the tag has to be removed t has to be removed along with the fissure...And once removed the chances of recurrence in the same area is very less and provided u dont pass hard stools after tat..Its better u consult with a surgeon so that u will have a better idea...
