Fishy scales ,shrinking skin

I have been having perhaps ichthyosis for last 6 years now I m 22 in winter it spreads all over the body otherwise restricted to face and Head.it is very embarrassing. Is there any treatment for it.Please give some consultation

Don't allow the skin to go dry. Apply elafi co oil everyday before bath. Don't use strong soaps on your body. Take at least one spoon cow ghee internally in a day. For the internal medication help , you need to consult a physician.
