I have done my first trimester quadruple marker screening test, in report for NTD the ratio is 1: 216 and risk status is increased. Is there any abnormalities in baby?

Neural tube defects are detected by ultrasound. So I detailed anomaly scan if it's alright. Nothing further needs to be done.
