I am 28M and i am having a lot of hairfall. Probably alopecia genetic. How donI stop it? I was thinking about getting a hair transplant but that would put me on finisteride anyway. I have enough hair right now to keep myself up on fin and maintain it without transplant.
But the concern is i have gone through the experience of many people on reddit who used finisteride for long, they have mentioned they got ED and watery semen at some point for sure. I am scared if I will have those side effects. Is it possible to take the fin at a lower dose like twice a week or something to maintain the lower level of DHT?
Please guide me, m gonna get married in 2 years and don't want to get bald. Please help me.
