Fingers skin peeling off

Asked for Female, 7 Years

My 6 years old daughter is having her fingers skin getting peeled off as shown in picture. Using clobetasone ointment and other three ointmen s per doctor's prescription for past five days. Today her fingers became very red.So do I need to take second opinion in this regard. Please suggest.
