Fingers become stiff like mattel body

Hello Doctor, Now a days my finger of both hand become like rods, I frequently open and close my fingers to make them flexible,now right ankle join have some pain from 2/4 days. Fingers become regid from last 4/5 months. RA test showed negative . Have frequency pain in my upper and middle back also. Can you suggest some medicines and resion why it is happening?
