Finger nail & bed infection

Asked for Male, 34 Years

My wife has been suffering from finger and nail bed infection from last 4 years. We have been to 3 doctors, she has taken medication for infection , treated for psoriasis for last 2 years. She also went to surgeon and took antibiotics, also applying steroid cream. No doctor is able to cure this. She even got blood checked twice and everything is normal. Can anybody help please .
