This is a Irritant contact dermatitis. It's getting frequent coz of the continuous use of sanitisers and disinfectants. The irritants and chemicals may disrupt the skin barrier and continued usage on a damages skin will only make it worse. Start with hydrating ur skin with a medicated moisturizer and consult a Dermatologist before using more disinfectants as it will only worsen with time
