Pain can be due to infection at apex of tooth or caries reaching deep in pulp chamber.
Take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5 days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5 days before meals
Warm saline rinses between meals
Apply Colgate Pain out gel or clove oil on affected area thrice daily for 7 days
☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Moxikind CV
☆In case of acute severe pain take Tramadol OR Voveran OR 2 tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water
