It's plantar fasciitis of heel. It is curable with just analgesics, rest and activity modification.

Your symptoms suggest a chronic overuse or degenerative condition affecting your heel and calf, possibly plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, or another soft tissue pathology. The fact that your MRI was positive but inconclusive means there may be subtle changes not clearly defined. Since your pain worsens with standing/walking and improves with rest, mechanical factors are likely involved.
Next Steps
If you are abroad and unable to work due to pain, I recommend:  Rest, Activity Modification and Physiotherapy Pain Management– NSAIDs (if no contraindications) or local icing.  Medical Intervention – If conservative measures fail, options like PRP injections or shockwave therapy may help
Health Tips
Your condition is likely treatable with the right approach. Please meet an Orthopaedician.
