if you want proper diet chart then you need to consult with dietician, but all fruits and green vegetables almost contain rich amount of fiber. such as apple,banana,peach,broccoli etc.

High fiber  foods, fruits  should  be  eaten  daily  atleast  one or two  should  go  in your  stomach. Broccoli, cabbage 🥥🥦🌽🥔🥬 Fruits  all 🍎🍏🍒🍓🍑🍐🥝🍌

Hi,Nutritional  needs vary depending  on sex, age and activity levels. So  the Balanced diet  provides all nutrients to a person. Balanced diet includes vegetables, fruits,grains,dairy and protein foods. Avoid extra fatty food.

Diet Plan in General On waking up in morning - Drink 3 glasses of water five to ten minutes apart (near body temperature) - better from overnight stored water in copper container (vessel), you can also use Silver container on alternate day. After one hour of taking water, emptying bowels (Passing Stools) and doing some exercises - take plenty of fruits - minimum 300 grams. (Except mango) Take light breakfast (Rice Chapati Dal Sabji) after one hour of fruits. In afternoon, Take three glasses of water between 12 PM to 2 PM. At around 3 PM take plenty of salad (minimum 200 gm). Lunch after 3 PM (better at 4 PM) In evening take minimum two glass of water at 5 pm and 6 pm At 7 pm -  **(Mix Vegetable Soup - Drumsticks, Mushroom, Amla, Tomato, Sweet Corn & Seasonal Vegetable) No cereals (Anaj) in dinner - after sunset. Only plenty of vegetables in dinner ( Dal, Sprouts, Mushrooms, green veggies, green leaves)
Next Steps
Note - Consume fruits salad and vegetables with skin without peeling maximum possible. Peel or Skin of fruits and vegetables contains lot of minerals and Vitamins. Better to Avoid Dairy Products. Take Low Salt Low Fat Diet Eat calcium-rich foods, including beans, almonds, and dark green leafy vegetables (such as spinach).

Better option in cereals are - Gluten Free Atta, Multi Millet Atta, Ragi Atta, Corn floor makki ka atta, chana ka atta (not basan), (Moong Atta - Any Brand Available)

High Fiber Vegetables Artichokes. Brussels sprouts. Broccoli. Collard greens, kale, beet greens, Swiss chard. Carrots, parsnips, turnips, celery root, beets. Cucumbers contain a good amount of fiber and water, both of which may help prevent constipation and increase regularity. Apples, bananas, oranges, strawberries , Raspberries ,Papaya  are also good in fibre.
