Your recent FibroScan (260 / 10 kPa) compared to earlier 333 / 7.5 kPa shows mixed changes:
CAP: 333 → 260
Fat in liver has improved significantly (good response to diet/workout).
LSM: 7.5 → 10 kPa
Suggests moderate fibrosis
This can sometimes increase due to inflammation, recent alcohol, fatty liver activity, or test variability.
To reduce kPa:
1. Continue weight loss & regular exercise
2. Strictly avoid alcohol.
3. Control metabolic factors – sugar, triglycerides, cholesterol.
4. Less sugar/refined carbs, more vegetables, protein).
5. Check LFT, HbA1c, lipid profile and repeat FibroScan in 6–12 months.
If you share ALT/AST and weight, interpretation can be more accurate.
