Fibromyalgia is nothing but somatic symptom disorder and medications like duloxetine are also psychiatric medications. Neurologists and Rheumatologist have a convenient word and want to treat the same by themselves with psychiatric medications. Consult an astute psychiatrist either in person or online and seek remedy. Proper treatment will lead to quicker symptom resolution in majority. Good luck
